Tanis Hackmeyer, managing partner and broker, has been in the business for over 25 years. She is licensed in TN and FL and is Principal Broker and owner of Hackmeyer Realty. 1988 - Rex Building at 1083 West Rex Road, Memphis, TN 38119 is built.

1991 - Hackmeyer/Hailey Properties Acquires Executive Square at 5575 Poplar Avenue, Memphis, TN 38119.

1994 - Hackmeyer/Hailey Properties Acquires Bartlett Square and Annex at 5705 Stage Road, Bartlett, TN 38134.

1995 - Hackmeyer/Hailey Properties Acquires Executive Centre at 6047 Executive Centre Drive, Memphis, TN 38134.

1997 - Hackmeyer Properties Acquires Stage Woods Condos at 5100, 5104, 5108 & 5116 Stage Road, Memphis, 38134.

2004 - Hackmeyer Properties Acquires Enterprise Park at 2850 Lamb Place, Memphis, TN 38118.

2006 - Hackmeyer Properties Acquires Bartlett Hills Shopping Center at 6200 Stage Road, Bartlett, TN

2007 - Hackmeyer Properties Acquires Perimeter Park at 2500 Mt. Moriah, Memphis, TN 38115.

2011 - Hackmeyer Properties Acquires the Prairie Life center at 3690 Houston Levee, Collierville, TN 38017

Tanis S. Hackmeyer, CCIM

As Managing Partner of Hackmeyer Properties, Tanis manages and leases over 400,000 sq ft of commercial space in Memphis in addition to handling acquisition and disposition of the properties. Tanis has been providing real estate brokerage and consulting services for over 24 years. Her management team has been carefully selected and hand-picked to deliver top notch service to their tenants. Tanis is licensed in both Tennessee and Florida and earned her CCIM designation in 2006, served as President of the CCIM Memphis Metropolitan Chapter in 2011 and in 2014 was President of MAAR Commercial Council.
